It was relief to hear of Hotter shoes via a mailshot to home. My first pair of these shoes relieved a back problem caused by use of crutches after a hip replacement and poor walking. The relief was ecstatic and I am delighted to order a second pair. All your shoes are wonderfully comfortable but this model supersedes everything - so thank you.
