Hello and welcome to our first Comfort Club of 2010 - a year I can promise you will be filled with lots of new and exciting stories from Hotter HQ as well as some unbelievable new styles (make space in your wardrobes!) Talking of people with full wardrobes, have you seen the photos of Victoria Beckham wearing flat shoes in the press this week - they're bound to herald the comeback of the comfy flattie - not that they ever went away at Hotter! If you believe what you read it seems like she may be wearing orthotics in her shoes too to help with painful bunions - perhaps we'll get a catalogue shipped stateside for her to look through!

In this edition we're seeking your help to decide on a favourite story behind why we're called Hotter and we'd like to know what 1959 means to you so we can build a memory box - we've already had some ideas from our Facebook fans, but the more we find the better. We'd also love to hear about your favourite footwear of the last 50 years - and if you have photos of you wearing them that would be even better. We're also launching our Great British Walks map in this edition - what better way to get fit than a leisurely walk… in a pair of comfy shoes! Some of the walks have been recommended by our customers and there's a few from our stores too. If you have a favourite walk you'd like to share then please send it through - let's see if we can have 50 on our map in time for the summer.
